Dell announced that GTS has been awarded membership into the SMB VAR Channel Partnership with Dell. Only a select few Dell partners are admitted into this exclusive club. GTS’ volume of purchases with Dell in the past year has elevated GTS to this higher level of partnership. This partnership ensures GTS’ customers get the highest Dell discounts available and the lowest cost on a number of Dell products including: Servers, PC’s, laptops, monitors, and other accessories.
GTS is very pleased to announce that Kevin Armentrout has achieved his CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate) to go along with is current CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate). These two certifications make Kevin Armentrout one of the only dual-certified Cisco professionals in the region. His willingness to continue his education and stay current on Cisco’s ever changing technologies is one of the reasons GTS has continued it’s exponential growth over the previous year. GTS held the First Annual Golf and Technology Showcase at Rock Harbor Golf Course. The invitation only event brought together some of GTS’ leading IT partners including Microsoft, Cisco, CommTouch, Level 3 (formerly Telcove), and Dell. Over 120 participants enjoyed a day full of technical demonstrations, sneak previews of the latest technologies as well as a fun day on the golf course.
GTS congratulates Keith Frazier, Senior Network Engineer, on successfully completing his MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). Keith is now certified on Microsoft’s latest server operating system, Windows 2003. Keith’s dedication to his continuing education enables GTS to provide our customers with the highest level of technical proficiency in the area.

GTS is pleased to announce that Scott Anderson has joined the team as a Senior Developer. Scott brings to the table 12 years of solid technical experience. He has his MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification and is experienced in .Net development. Scott has worked on many high level and sophisticated projects for customers including: The United States Air Force, The Weekly Standard, and TROA (The Retired Officers Association).
GTS and JCI Media announce that GTS has acquired the web services division of JCI Media. Effective immediately, GTS will take over all existing customers of JCI Media’s web development and hosting division. JCI Media’s customers should see no change in services as a result of the transition. GTS offers full-service web development expertise including design, hosting, and development.

GTS is pleased to announce that Kevin Armentrout has joined the GTS team as a Senior Network Engineer. Kevin is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) and a Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA). He has over 10 years experience in the IT field working with Fortune 500 companies.
GTS is one of the first companies in the country to obtain the Microsoft Small Business Specialist designation. Partners who qualify as Small Business Specialists have proven competency in marketing, selling, planning, and building solutions for small businesses.
