Job Summary and Requirements
Global Technology Services is looking for entry-level sales persons.
Calling on local business prospects
Setting appointments
Making presentations to prospects
Completing client questionnaires
Making sales and follow-up phone calls to prospects
Maintaining ongoing contact with current clients
Identification, prospecting and closing of new accounts
Preparing various reports and proposals for prospects, customers, and the office
Accurately filling out and turning in all required paperwork
Organization and perseverance in performance of the sales effort
Attendance at networking events and trade shows
To be considered for these positions, the candidate must have these qualifications:
Ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently
Good communication skills
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Pleasant phone manner
Ability to approach strangers and start a conversation about services GTS can offer
Integrity, passion, strong desire to achieve and succeed
Ability and willingness to work within established GTS systems and procedures
Professionalism
Clean-cut personal appearance
Able to thrive in a changing environment
Computer literate
An understanding and enthusiasm of Information Technology and Web business
