We are very pleased with the Commtouch Anti-Spam software Global Technology Services recommended to Valley Proteins. We researched and tried several Anti-Spam software packages with mixed results. All of them, except Commtouch, work by trying to scan email content and header looking for specific keywords. By Commtouch digitally tagging the source of the email and checking for mass mailings, the spam mails are caught regardless of the content. Out of the box, we virtually eliminated all spam without tweaking or adjusting the software. "Set it and forget it" is now a reality for eliminating spam.
